Method of Preparation
Deep Fry
- Preheat oil in a fryer or wok to a maximum of 180°C.
- Take the product from the freezer. Do not thaw.
- Add the desired quantity to hot oil and deep fry for about 3 minutes until golden.
- Seal and return the remaining product to the freezer.
Alternate Method:
Preheat oil to 180°C, cook half a basket of fries for about 3 minutes until golden.
Air Frying
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
- Arrange fries in a single layer on the tray.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes until golden.
