Method of Preparation
Deep Fry
- Preheat oil in fryer or wok to a maximum of 180°C.
- Take product directly from the freezer (do not thaw).
- Fry the desired quantity for about 3 minutes or until golden.
- Reseal and return remaining product to the freezer.
Alternate Option:
Preheat oil to 180°C, cook half a basket of fries for 3 minutes until golden.
Air Frying
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
- Arrange fries in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
