Method of Preparation
Deep Fry
- Preheat the oil in a fryer or wok to a maximum temperature of 180°C.
- Take the product directly from the freezer. Do not thaw.
- Put the desired quantity into hot oil and deep fry for about 3 minutes until golden.
- Seal and return any remaining product to the freezer.
Alternate Method:
Preheat oil to 180°C, cook half basket of fries for about 3 minutes until golden.
Air Frying
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Arrange fries in a single layer on the tray.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes until light golden.
